FULL COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
GRAPHIC IDENTITY

We conceptualized our client’s desire for a serene yoga studio that could also serve as a wellness-oriented co-working space. The space and brand was inspired by ‘Alkōva’ a translation of the owner’s family language meaning ‘alcove’ where small retreat, arches and watery blues were a prominent motif. The two-level build-out was full full-service commercial project where we handled space planning, permitting, contractor bidding, on-site construction management, fixture and furnishing selection, procurement, ordering, delivery and styling. We were honored to establish graphic branding for a holistic approach to the conceptual identity we set out to achieve through the interior design.

Some key interior features in the entry and yoga studio include custom interior archway windows, custom arch yoga storage, and arch marble backsplash. On the second flooring, the co-working space shines with custom arch seating nooks with built-in benches, an acoustically sound phone room, and rentable offices and conference rooms.
