How long do I have access to the course?

You’ll meet with our principal designer, Chelsea. This is the same person who leads our full-service projects, so you’re getting top-of-house experience for a fraction of the commitment.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

I’m not a DIY person...
will this still work for me?

Honestly, anything design-related. Layout decisions, paint colors, scale and proportion, mixing styles, art placement, lighting, sourcing direction, what to keep and what to let go. If it’s on your mind, bring it to the call.

What’s in the recap document?

Can I get feedback on my designs?

A visual summary of our conversation, the recommendations we discussed, sketches or visual references when helpful, and clear next steps. It comes with a linked video walkthrough so nothing gets lost in translation.

How quickly can I book?

What if I rent my home or plan to move soon?

Most calls are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis but usually within two to three weeks of booking, depending on availability. Once you book, you automatically receive a booking link with available times.

We fully believe in the clarity that happens when you're able to workshop a space together with our experience and expertise.

We do not offer refunds once booked due to our limited availability for this offer. You must book a time within 90 days of payment. One reschedule can be made if given 48hr notice of scheduled time but no-shows will not receive a refund or opportunity to rebook.
