6. Refunds & Cancellations
Design Services
Design consultations, VIP Days, and project retainers are non-refundable once services have begun, as time and expertise are reserved specifically for you. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@places-studio.com
Destination Home Membership
Membership Access: Your membership includes access to all course materials and community features for as long as your subscription remains active.
Cancellations: You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Once canceled, course access and community features will end at the close of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: Because membership includes immediate access to digital materials and community resources, payments are non-refundable for the current period.
However, if you’re unsatisfied after giving the program a fair try, you may request a prorated refund within 14 days by submitting your completed workbook materials to show genuine participation.
We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Digital Course Access
Purchases of standalone courses include lifetime access for as long as the course is offered.
Course access is non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we do our best to provide accurate, inspiring, and practical design education, your results depend on your own effort and implementation.
